Tracking yearbook purchases is easy with the Sales Tracker Web site. All advisers publishing a yearbook with Lifetouch may access this useful tool within YB Track.

Here's how it works:

  1. Set up
    The adviser sets up the Sales Tracker website to support the school's yearbook sale. The site can be customized with the yearbook price, any early payment discounts, and parent options, if applicable.
  2. Enter purchase information
    As orders are received, the adviser may enter them in the website. If the school is offering Parent Options, the adviser will be able to track these orders as well. If the school is photographed by Lifetouch, names of all individuals photographed on Picture Day may be transferred to the website, so the adviser may search for an individual and indicate their purchase information.
  3. Track purchases
    Reports are available to help the adviser keep track of the yearbook sale progress. At a glance, the adviser will be able to see how many yearbooks have been ordered and how much money has been collected.
  4. Submit Final List
    Once the yearbook sale is complete, the adviser submits the final name list to Lifetouch directly from the Sales Tracker website.
  5. Distribution
    When yearbooks arrive, the adviser will receive a tracking list fot easy distribution. A tracking list may also be printed from the Sales Tracker website.
